FAQ

What is DraftServ?

DraftServ provides beverage management services including enabling self-serve beverage controls, remote management for dispensers, data collection and line management for any beverage including beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks and coffee.

Can anyone use DraftServ services?

Yes, we serve clients from “mom and pop” restaurants, independent breweries, major sports venues, major cruise lines, hotel chains, QSR, C-stores or anyone else that would like to benefit from beverage management services.

What makes DraftServ different from other self-serve beer companies?

Our commitment to innovation is what drives us, and our in-house development team allows us to adapt to your specific needs.

DraftServ is not simply a beer delivery system, but a beverage operating system that allows you to control different beverages all at the same time.  You can integrate DraftServ systems with your POS/PMS, set prices, automate processes, differentiate between premium and non-premium products, set happy hours, manage consumption of any product, manage staff access and more.

What do I need to implement DraftServ services?

DraftServ requirements are pretty minimal and are easy to scale.  The technology simply needs access to a 115V power source, and access to a stable internet connection.

Can I use my existing dispense equipment?

The technology can be used with most standard dispense equipment.  Our goal is to be flexible to your needs and fit seamlessly into your existing operations.  We have a great deal of experience working with different equipment companies and it is likely that we have worked with your preferred partner on other projects.

Do I have to work with your brand partner?

We are happy to work with any brand partner for any beverage.

Do I need to use RFID cards to work with DraftServ systems?

No, we have the ability to work with any authentication technology including RFID, QR, magnetic stripe, season tickets, smart cups and anything in between.

Can you integrate with my POS?

Yes. Currently, in service we have:

  • Passenger Cabin Key integration on Cruise ships
  • Phone app integrations using QR code authentication
  • Restaurant POS integration for unified and seamless billing
  • QR coded cups
  • Authentications using office identification FOBs

This technology is much more than a novelty. We've seen great fan response to the benefits of being able to customize their pour size and the amount they want to spend per serving. When we combine the back end reporting capabilities, metered flow controls and improved yields on top of the innovative fan experience, we believe this may be the biggest game changer we've ever seen in the draft beer category.
